This paper analyzes the role of green finance in promoting sustainable development and climate change adaptation in Danang, particularly in the context of the city's strategic orientation toward becoming an International Financial Center based on two pillars: digital finance and green finance. The rapid growth of digital technologies has driven the digitalization of human- resource management, leading to the increasing use of electronic labor contracts in enterprises. Vietnamese law recognizes the legal validity of electronically concluded labor contracts; however, several legal challenges remain regarding electronic signatures, evidentiary value, data integrity, personal data protection, and the parties' responsibilities in dispute resolution. This article analyzes the current legal framework governing e-labor contracts, examines practical issues in enterprise implementation, and proposes recommendations to enhance legal certainty and compliance in the digital labor environment.

Accurate wind resource assessment (WRA) is critical for mitigating financial and operational risks in the global transition to renewable energy. While traditional methods rely on Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) and regression analysis, recent shifts (2024–2025) emphasize the integration of "Sustainable AI," high-resolution Digital Twins, and advanced remote sensing for deep-water offshore environments. These developments enhance the quantity and quality of wind resource characterization and forecasting. Wind-speed and shear evaluations, resource mapping, turbine siting, layout optimization, operational forecasting, and predictive maintenance are among the applications that benefit from these advances. This paper explores the evolution of monitoring technologies, socio-economic implications, and emerging strategies for tripling global wind capacity by 2030.

The paper presents a method to synthesize the optimal guidance law for an "air to ground" flight device with the requirement of a simple guidance law and ensure accurate guidance to the target when large initial deviation angle. The guidance law is built on the basis of the optimal control theory according to the optimal energy criterion, with a nonlinear flight device-target kinetic dynamic model. The simulation results demonstrate the superiority of the guiding law applied to the flight device delivered to the ground target.

For the convenience of research, the safety zone is divided into an absolute safety zone and a relative safety zone.
