Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 12 ~ Issue 3

Abstract

This paper assesses the legal implication of international real estate on developing economies on restriction of movement by the developed world due to the Omicron variant. The paper also assesses the impact of the Omicron variant of COVID- 19 on international real estate. Real estate investment is an emerging business in many countries of the world. Many real estate investors are increasingly looking to invest internationally for reasons of portfolio diversification and the search for higher risk adjusted returns than can be achieved in their domestic markets and in doing that, the emerging economies provide them with great opportunities. However, capital markets are becoming global markets, and real estate markets are no exception, accordingly despite the difficulties posed by venturing overseas due to the outbreak of the pandemic......

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 12 ~ Issue 3

Abstract

Security has become one of the main factors in many ways, for example, security in residential areas. In residential areas, a system is needed that can help improve the security of the population. Ronda, guard posts, road closures are some examples of increasing environmental safeguards that are common in settlements. To further improve security, the authors made writing entitled Automatic Gate-Based Prototype based on NodeMCU and Database using RFID. The way this tool works is by scanning RFID cards, if the card has been registered in the database then the gate will open and the server will add new data to the database. Each card registered can be used to open the gate.......

Abstract

As a first instance we must place ourselves in the current lack of interest of young people towards socio-affective relationships with other people within their environment. This lack of interest is due to various factors, one of them, the constant contact with the information and technological media that distance people from social life, immersing them in a virtual context where there is an excess of information that is not always ideal.

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 12 ~ Issue 3

Abstract

In universe nature is God gift for all kinds of leaving creatures. Pollution makes nature spoil. Generally, we have different types of pollutions are there in the environment like air pollution, sound pollution, water pollution etc.., but mainly measuring two types of pollution that is air and sound. Air and sound pollution are a growing issue these days. It is necessary to monitor air quality and keep it under control for a better future and healthy living for all. Here we propose an air quality as well as sound pollution monitoring system that allows us to monitor and check live air quality as well as sound pollution in a particular area through IOT. System uses air sensors to sense presence of harmful gases/compounds in the air and constantly transmit this data to microcontroller........

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 12 ~ Issue 3

Abstract

Risks and uncertainties associated with international real estate investment especially in developing economies has been an important discourse as it concerns Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Developing economies need to overcome their own challenges in the development process especially in the areas of capital accumulation and technological development.Again, it has been established that internationalized real estate investments plays a leading role for emerging economies like the Nigerian economy because it increases the capital investments base and offers important profit opportunities not only for the host country but also for the country investing. The aim of this study is to expose the factors that pose imminent risks and uncertainties in international real estate investment in developing economies.........

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 12 ~ Issue 3

Abstract

A direct-active desiccant solar dryer of capacity 1kg was designed and fabricated in an attempt to solve the challenge of solar drying in humid tropical regions using research and development design method. The dryer consist of a dc fan powered by a solar panel and battery, a rock bed which served as a heat storage system and slabs of desiccant material for air dehumidification. The performance of thedryer was evaluated using 1kg of tomato in three replications and compared to open air sun drying which served as the control. The desiccant material used is a combination of Rice Husk Ash (RHA) and calcium chloride held together with cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 by weight. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) at p ≤ 0.05 was used to determine if there was any significant difference between the dryer and open air sun drying........
