Abstract

In this paper; we introduce a system recognition of characters Latin handwriting and Printed recognition based on horizontal centerline in non-constrictive pictures that are stemmed from the terminals Mobile phone . After doing some pretreatments on the picture, the text is segmented into lines and then into characters. The positions of the horizontal centerline of the character are used to obtain a set of independent and dependent features to those lines. These characteristics are linked to pixels densities and they are extracted on binary pictures. Finally, a multilayer perceptron is used for character classification. The system was tested on two bases of the Latin characters: on a printed database of Latin characters and on another one for handwritten characters created locally. The correct average recognition rate obtained using 10-cross- validation was 98.36 % for the 2600 images of Latin printed characters and 97.09% for the 3900 Latin handwritten characters.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to highlight the need of sustainable agriculture, issue and challenges of Sustainable Agriculture Development in India. The balanced equilibrium between demand and supply of agricultural produce can be stated as "sustainability". Due to the Green revolution, productivity of agricultural products increases remarkably. The cumulative performance of various resources, the strategies and methods adopted, signifies the ultimate performance of agriculture. To face each and every adverse condition due to the natural calamities, all the innovative strategies has to be used by the agriculturist. The findings of the study reveal the innovative strategies & achieving the overall development. Agriculture is the back bone of Indian economy. As it is a multi-disciplinary approach, which connects link from all the sectors like production, processing and marketing;soit continuously dominate to bring the change in India. The principal objective of this paper is to study the significance of sustainable development in agriculture byusing the secondary data. India is the country of villages, where a large proportion of rural people strictly depend on agriculture as it is their main occupation.Sustainable development in the agriculture not only aims to increase the productivity, efficiencyand level of employment, but also conserve the natural resource base.

Abstract

Urease is found as a key target to Helicobacter pylori, which is the main pathogenic factor of various gastric diseases. The inhibiton activity and interaction mechanism of (2Z,3R,6S)-4-hydrazono- 3,6-dimethyl- 2-(3-methylbutylidene)octahydrobenzofuran-3-ol (compound 1) as a new Helicobacter pylori urease inhibitor (IC50 = 1.56 μM) were studied by molecular docking, MM/GBSA binding free energy analysis and biological evaluation methods. The calculated ΔGbind of compound 1 was -73.94 kcal/mol. By the decomposed energy comparisons of residues in binding sites, the hydrazine group of compound 1 would be the important group interacting with the key site Ni3001 and Ni3002 in urease. Compound 1 also has H+,K+-ATPase inhibition activity (IC50=2.60 μM) in our previous studies. So these results could help for further rational design of the novel urease and H+,K+-ATPase dual inhibitor.

KEYWORDS: urease; Helicobacter pylori; Molecular docking; Binding free energy.
